Hariprasad J R is a dynamic digital transformation coach with a storied career that has seen him don the hats of both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship. Beginning his journey in 2012 with UAE Exchange, Hariprasad swiftly rose to the position of Branch Manager, marking him as the youngest to hold this role. In 2017, his stint at HDFC bank allowed him to engage with high-net-worth individuals, igniting a shift towards entrepreneurship. By 2019, Hariprasad was delving into the world of customized t-shirt businesses and soon realized the importance of mastering digital marketing. This realization, coupled with the global challenges of 2020, led him to partner with renowned Trainer Mr. Abhilash Joseph. Together, they empowered thousands of educators, culminating in the creation of HAT Innovations in 2023, a hub for innovation, courses, and training programs.

Entrepreneurial Beginnings with Trivent

Launched "Trivent Enterprises" with a friend, venturing into the realm of customized t-shirt businesses. Dissatisfaction with digital marketing agencies led him to personally delve into the field.

2020

Empowering Educators in a Digital Age

Partnered with Mr. Abhilash Joseph amidst the global pandemic, assisting teachers and trainers in transitioning to online platforms under "Life Tech Solutions". Over two years, trained over 2500 educators worldwide, introducing 2000 of them to the nuances of digital marketing. This period also marked the inception of his "Digital Business 2.0" program.
